‘Brain Boost’ Spiced Tahini Latte Recipe
Makes 2 - Ingredients:
2 cups coconut or almond milk
3 tbsp raw 100% cacao powder
2 tbsp hulled tahini
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamon
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp vanilla bean powder
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp cayenne powder (optional)
1 tsp pure maple syrup (optional)
1 tsp cordyceps mushroom powder (optional)
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Simmer over a medium heat, whisking frequently. Remove from heat. For added frothiness, add to a heat proof blender and blitz for 5 seconds.
2. Pour into mugs and enjoy warm.
